铁心向党，英勇顽强，善打敢拼，建功海疆。2012年12月6日上午，我们在老师的带领下，前往温州龙湾海军基地参观。
放眼望去，一排排士兵威严、整齐地站着，目不转睛地注视前方，紧握住枪，纺丝不动。在他们飒爽的英姿下，我能感受到身边严肃而雄伟的气氛。
一个海军叔叔带领我们去游览军史馆，他耐心且十分详细地为我们讲解了海军部队的历史沿革：在1969年到2000年部队原在宁波驻守，那时部队编号为9152部队，而自从调防温州后，编号就改为了91765部队。有几个同学问道：叔叔，你的军徽是什么意思？能讲给我们听听吗？好的。军徽为藏蓝色底衬以银灰色铁锚，蓝色衬底象征广阔的海洋，铁锚代表舰艇。叔叔告诉我们，说着便仔细地整了整军徽，真到戴好了才满意。接着，叔叔向我们展示了91765部队的辉煌战绩。他们的辉煌战绩令我们目不暇接、眼花缭乱，其中1954年11月14日击沉太平号给我的印象最深，当时，太平号为国民党海军所有，战斗力较强，而解放军叔叔的炮艇却轻而易举地打败了太平号，真是大快人心的好消息！

预备-----开始！随着运动会裁判的一声令下，四乘一百米的比赛开始了，飒爽是第一棒，她迈开她那长腿飞了出去，把其他班的人甩得远远的。可这也是飒爽的努力换来的，田径队的成员要早早地来到学校进行训练，先要跑上五圈，然后是跑，跳，接力等运动，每次训练了之后，她的头发就被洗了，被汗水洗了。加油！飒爽，你的努力不会白费！我在心里默默为她加油。

到了教室，教官就把我们带了下去。今天是教我们站军姿，要求就是一动也不动，还要把双手紧贴裤缝线。像我这种人，时不时都要动一下，不动就会觉得浑身难受，真不知道将如何面对，到底能坚持多久呀！
终于，教官开始指导我们训练了，我用目光瞥了一下左右，呵！大家还真是都一动不动，可我没过多久，就感觉全身很痒很痒，我知道在教官面前只有先打报告才能抓痒，但是报告打多了，又会被教官说，所以我就决定尝试一下不打报告就抓痒。
我眼疾手快，在教官转身的一瞬间，使劲地在脸上抓了一下。嘿嘿，教官没有发现，我觉得这还挺好玩的，就又多抓了几次，唉，人不可能永远都幸运，这话说得不假，我最终还是被抓到了，教官叫我立马蹲下，双手平举，没有听到命令不准放下来。
我现在是预备军人，必须要服从命令，也就只好乖乖地服从了。过了几分钟，我的手酸痛得不得了，教官正好走了过来说：手臂累了吗？
累。我狼狈地回答道。
还敢不敢乱动了？教官蹲下来问道。
不敢了。
教官看着意识到错误的我态度很诚恳，就让我归队了。
通过军训这件事情让我懂得，做任何事情都要遵守规则服从纪律，侥幸心理是要不得的，否则的话，到最后一定会受到严厉的惩罚。
谈到军训，大部分人可能都会想到军姿。
军姿作为军人们最普遍使用的姿势，对细节的要求十分繁多：脚跟并拢，两脚张开约60°，膝盖后顶，两肩后张，脖子靠后衣领……诸多的动作要求使我们每天的军姿训练痛并快乐着。
感受着双腿的酸楚，我又回想起了站军姿时并不十分美好的回忆。站军姿是一个缓慢而痛苦的过程。起初我们精神饱满，并不觉得十分疲惫。作文先是紧贴裤缝的手微微出汗，用着力的手掌会觉得有些别扭，紧接着后张的双肩与后仰的脖颈会阵阵酸痛，然后，着地的前脚掌会因疼痛而麻木。但时间仍在持续，双腿会不受控制地剧烈颤抖起来，直挺的腰部也变得发酸。终于，在教官的一声令下后，我们才拖着一双僵硬的腿进行放松。
尽管我们需要在教官的“虎视耽耽”下保持姿势，尽管我们的衣服因此湿透，训练中仍有令我们支持下去的乐趣与动力。无论是排与排之间地暗自较量，亦或是教官突如其来地夸奖，都足以支持我们坚持下去。

Good health enables us to do what we want to do in our career. But bad health gives nothing. Even though you have little money, you can still live a happy life with a healthy body.
So, how to keep healthy? First of all, Taking exercise every day helps us build a strong body. Regular exercise is an important part of keeping me healthy. Besides, keeping a happy and optimistic mood everyday is also a good way to stay healthy.
In order to eat healthily, I usually avoid eating food high in fat, like french fries or cookies. I eat a lot of vegetables and fresh fruit which are full of vitamins.
Love in Campus
Nowadays, campus love is popular. Some college teachers argue that students should give up love for the sake of learning. They maintain that love is time consuming and influences one’s learning. Some students, however, hold that a student who falls in love will study harder and will make greater progress. They don't believe that a person in love lags behind in his studies.
There are different kinds of love on campus. Some students regard love as killing time or adding color; some are pragmatic, thinking it's difficult to find a better partner after graduation; the purpose of others is for seeking the impetus of study. Anyhow, far away from home and alone, seeking friendship, understanding and love, the boys and girls easily find comfort and appreciation from one another.
As a mater of fact, love is a sharp double-bladed knife. Having it will make you very happy; while losing it, you always feel disappointed and depressed. When the bond of love broken, going on studying as usual or sinking lament or even being crazy depend on us. We will not let romantic entanglement interfere with our studies.
Love is a natural and quiet. During the process of love we will experience romantic love, frustrating love and critical love and real love. True love will overcome our pain and dismay, warm our heart, and spark our spirit with delight forces but not resistance.
This is to announce that the university will organize a "Teach in the West" program. This program applies to all the undergraduate students on campus. The volunteers will teach at junior middle schools for a year in the west area, and the subjects are Chinese, English, Math, Physics and Chemistry. The specific locations of the middle schools are upon further notice.
Each year, many students from other universities volunteer themselves to work in the poverty-stricken areas of the west to try to improve the education level there. We should also take the lead in response to the appeal for offering aid to children in poor areas. The children need us. Let us hold out our helping hands to them and do whatever we can to help them.

Conducting Moral Education in Colleges
In the current world, college students become morally more tolerant to the phenomena such as exam-cheating, academic dishonesty and default on loans. In this case, it's urgently important that we conduct moral education in college.
Moral education is beneficial in the following aspects. To begin with, it makes us aware of our personal responsibility. We must comply with social moral standards and learn to behave and conduct ourselves in society. Secondly, moral education teaches us to shun evil and do good, turning the uncivilized to the civilized. Thirdly, with higher moral standards, we will be more considerate towards others and avoid quarrels or conflicts, which contributes to maintaining a harmonious society.
As for how to conduct moral education in college, on one hand, theoretical moral education should be integrated into all aspects of campus life, including classroom teaching and extracurricular activities. On the other hand, we should encourage students to take part in moral practices such as volunteer activities. Through these measures, they will know better about the meaning of life and shoulder their social responsibilities.
