当大多数人为进名校的事烦恼不已，为跳起来也摸不到清华北大的门槛心有不甘时，湖北的两位考生已经是第二次考进北大清华了。因为对所学的专业不满，清华精密仪器和技术专业的邹英杰和北大医学部的王琛琪先后退学复读，今年高考又以高分双双考上了北大。
这种读了退，退了再考，想走就走想进就能进，尽显学霸本色，但对社会资源也造成了不小的浪费。每所大学的招生计划都是经过严格测算的，你退学了，又不可能再招两个补充一下，你今年退学了也不可能明年再多招两个。浪费了往年的指标，又挤占了当年的指标。这个口子开大了，高校教育不得乱了套了，社会不应该鼓励这样的行为。
但是社会上又存在这样的需要。中国考生最悲哀的事莫过于，在进大学之前只知道考分，填报志愿时听到的都是关于钱途和前途的建议，真正由兴趣决定未来的少之又少。往往进了大学才知道自己的兴趣爱好在哪，往往等荒废久了才想明白自己到底要干些什么事。在这样的过程中，少部分幸运的人兴趣与专业完美结合，有些人则一辈子也搞不清楚自己的兴趣爱好是什么。他们大多数人并没有上两位的从容和淡定，有些人选择了放纵自己，有些人则沉沦了，有些人明明不喜欢却不得不一直做下去。
这都需要大学的再调整机制解决。其实现在的大学基本上都已经建立了转专业制度，这种进步已经给了学生巨大的选择空间。新闻中的两位主人公情况特殊一些，一个想进的是号称北大最难进的光华学院，一个则是从分代码招生的医学部转到本部，这样的愿望无法得到满足也在情理之中。但这并不意味着除回炉复读就无路可走，比如可以选双学位，还有考研可以重新选择一次，中国教育无法满足，还有国外的教育可以选择。
用复读来纠错显然不是一个好办法。考得上是功成名就，考不上呢，你又该怎么面对人生?接着考，搞得跟范进中举一样?考上就能一帆风顺了?只怕也没那么简单。学好一门专业，兴趣是老师，但坚持和勤奋更重要，真理求索的过程乏味而单调，并没有那么多浪漫色彩。何况，很多时候所谓的兴趣只是一个逃避现实的借口，很多时候则是功利的表现。
有个道理恐怕也得想明白了。不管是人文科学还是自然科学，道理都是相通的，一个数学大师写的解题算式就如同一个钢琴大师在弹一首优美的曲子，要想学好经济管理没有数学基础也是不可想象的，美就存在于万事万物中，殊途同归而已，艺术中有美，自然科学中有美，手术刀中都躲藏着美，道在迩却求诸远，也有舍本逐末之嫌。

各位师弟师妹们，大家好。我叫蔡涨，化工学院高分子082班大四。大四了，经过不停歇的求职，再加上越临近毕业，对学校、对自己大学四年，还有对自己的师弟师妹那一番感慨也逐日加深的情况，所以要谢谢会计103班给我这个可以一吐感慨的机会。
谢谢！我是才疏学浅的，懂的也不多，但我有一颗乐意与他人分享的热心。希望这份热心，在座各位可以体会得到。今天我想和大家分享的是我半年的求职经历，总结起来就是两句大家熟悉的话：
预则立，不预则废；信则有，不信则无。
我不知道你是否同一一个观点：大学四年是毕业后找一份好工作的四年？如果认同，那么咱们的思想是碰到一块儿的。
预则立，不预则废；信则有，不信则无这句话，也就是建立在这个观点之上，才成立的！
那么，预则立，不预则废；信则有，不信则无这句话，是如何理解的呢？
意思很浅显易懂。
2011年应届毕业生660万人，其中广东省60万人。你可能不太了解这个概念，但去年广东省的应届毕业生是39万。增幅如此之大，可见大家毕业那年，应届生是怎样的一个天文数字吧？
如果大家清楚地明白现当下的就业形势之严峻，那就可以预见、推理出未来你们毕业时的就业形势。然后你们要采取行动，让自己在这样的形势中求得一份理想的好工作。可是，偏偏许多人是蒙混过日的，他们不去采取行动的。
那么，他们也是没有“预见”，不预则废就是这类人的下场。大四到时遗憾的不仅仅是自己，还有你家庭里的爸妈。
信则有，不信则无。主要讲两个方面：你对自己有信心吗？对学校是否有信心？
进500强？进大企业或名企？考上名校研究生？考公务员？太难，不切实际吗？
这是对自己没有信心的表现。你当真对自己有信心了，你是会采取相应行动，去实现“预则立”的。据我所知，每年仲恺毕业，都有人在恒大地产、广东电视台等国内500强或知名企业工作。
而考研那更不用怀疑，前几年就有一对上下铺的同学一起考研考上清华，去年也有仲恺的同学考上南开大学、中山大学等985名校。
为什么他们能在仲恺读书而我们不能？在外部环境一样的情况下，不同的只是自己的态度，思想深处有一根筋和他们不同而已。扭断这根肌腱，付出努力和行动，我相信你可以！
这是自信！
再者，是对学校有信心。在招聘上有点科学合理性的公司，才是受人欢迎的公司，才是有发展前景的公司，因为他们不排斥五湖四海的人才，“英雄不问出处”正是这个道理。仲恺不是211，不是985。只是一个普通的大学生。
但没有人能决定任何学校会培养出什么样的人才。学校只是一个环境因素，关键是自身，内因大于外因。因此，真正的好公司是“英雄不问出处”的，他们看你那颗心，你拥有的能力是否适合他们公司。
对于那些只招211人和985人的企业来说，他们的招聘策略也会阻碍他们的发展道路。那么，这个公司前景也是不被看好的。你磕磕碰碰进去后，已经遍体鳞伤了，结果这个公司招人之道不科学导致发展受阻，你进去了也是浪费表情。
以我自身做例子。半年间面试了将近50个公司，包括了各行各业，包括了大中小型公司，其中有两个是世界五百强，多数是国内在某个领域都颇有知名度的公司，比如中原地产、拓优猎头、广日电梯、至诚伟业等等。他们都给我面试机会，只是有几个公司在最后因为我的学习成绩实在不行，或者面试临场发挥失常，才不要我，而不是因为自己非名校出身就把我拒绝。
因此，我们应该对我们的学校和专业背景有信心！你有硬实力，拥有相关的工作经历，这才是进入好公司的敲门砖。
说这些实用的话，主要是为大家树立一种信心。具体到仲恺的会计专业的就业状况，我不是专业人士，我不好意思说太多，但我周边有许多读仲恺会计的朋友，从05级到11级都有。毕业那些，他们就业都很好。
我想对读过仲恺会计的越来越年轻的学生说，会计的录取分数很高，每个学校都一样。你们当初用非常高的分数考到仲恺读会计，你们就得用四年的努力，让自己毕业时不让其他用相对低分的成绩考入仲恺的同学赶超，不让自己毕业时让其他学校的高中同学赶超，也就是说，找到的工作不比他们差，让你们继续发挥你们的优势。
首先，你需要开阔你的视野。我是一个不安，不满足的人。我不仅与我的同学打交道，还与其他学校，尤其是一所学校的同学和朋友打交道。

具体到会计行业的视野。不知道在座各位有几位知道“四大”？谁知道中国最有名的10家会计师事务所？
我不是读财务会计的，但我起码知道“四大”就是普华永道、德勤、安永和毕马威，这四所世界五百强的会计师事务所，读财务会计的同学课堂上老师应该会讲。再者，国内最著名的10家会计师事务所，大家不用全部说出来，但起码得知道“天健”“立信”“中瑞岳华”。
这就是一个视野的问题。每个人都只是大二的学生。按理说它们现在还很小。我不知道这些事情是正常的。但对于学了一年多的会计学学生来说，这不是很好。
也许有人会说，即使你知道四大是什么？这跟我们有什么关系？我们试过了。也许人们不想要我们？其实，我为何跟大家提出“四大”，不仅仅是要让大家为此立一个目标，更在于你们付出努力去提升自己。
如果四大是顶峰，国内十大会计师事务所是半山腰，而仲恺的我们在山底的话，我们朝着山顶努力进发，即便最终没办法爬上顶峰，那至少我们可以上半山腰吧？这个道理希望大家可以懂。
开拓视野，让自己更宽广地认识这个就业环境。视野宽了，你的选择多了，从而你的机会也就多了。视野很重要。
我们希望通过网络和图书拓宽视野，学习专业课本以外的知识，成为复合型、专注型人才。
而且，它正在寻找感兴趣并且具有发展前景的产业。会计岗位，任何行业任何公司都有，甚至街头摊位都需要会计。那么，选好行业至关重要。
这就要考虑以下几点：一是行业是否感兴趣，是否熟悉，这关乎自己的工作积极性，以及融入公司文化的适应性，二是行业发展前景如何，这个问题可以通过相关行业新闻来了解，三是薪资，不同行业薪资水平是大不相同的。比如金融行业，工资水平是最高的，本科生一个月拿到五六千是非常常见的。
如果你来到一个已经进入暮色的行业，工资水平大多不高。
多学科学习，多方位发展，成为复合型人才的重点。有些人说他们不打算将来从事会计工作，他们想从事其他工作。这也很正常。
早在2008年，家乐福的部门经理来仲恺开讲座就公布了一个数据，应届毕业生找工作直到工作稳定下来时，专业与岗位不对口的是超过80%的。而在半年前，我去面试一个婚庆公司文案策划时，hr说现在的情况估计得加剧到90%以上。这说明你现在所学的专业不一定是你将来确定的工作。
将来到底从事哪一行哪个岗位，谁都说不定。所以，趁着大家还在大学，有许多自学的时间，大家还要多跨专业看书。任何行业的任何职位都需要管理书籍。除了对人的管理，还有对事物的管理，对自己的管理等等。
学点管理学的知识（管理学原理、人力资源管理、财务管理、物流管理、绩效管理、薪酬管理、时间管理等等）都是有用的。而我是提倡在实践中学习的，把这些知识用到自己的社团工作和社会实践中，让自己毕业时简历上有相关的理论性指导实践的经历写，这很重要。纸上谈兵，谁都会，而hr不喜欢，一眼看穿。
只有当你认识到这些问题，你才能开始练习。如我之前所说，如果你同意大学四年的努力是在你毕业时找到一份好工作，那么四年就是培养的过程。培养自己的软能力，即工作中体现的素质：
团队合作、管理与管理、服从与服从、积极乐观、严谨细致、细心刻苦等。修炼自己的硬能力，即工作上体现的专业技能，一方面是自己的本专业，另一方面是自己感兴趣的技能学习，这二者在很多人眼里是冲突的。

以上说的修炼的三方面内容，具体到个人简历上，主要体现为：专业成绩排名，奖学金，实习经历，社团生活，兴趣爱好，相关荣誉证书等等。其实，有些公司口头上说不在意学生是否有奖学金，是否做过学生干部，说是只在乎学生的软能力能否胜任公司的岗位。
事实上，企业要想获得效益，肯定要投入财力和精力来支持员工，经过培训才能见效。如果一个学生在大学期间这么宝贵的时间什么经历都没有，那他是在浪费大学的宝贵的学习光阴，公司招进来后也是浪费资源。
所以说，大学生要有一定的“野心”，要有雄心壮志，去争取一切你们想要的能让你们变得优秀的东西。这没什么问题。当前的形势造就了人，塑造了人。我们要在残酷的环境里生存，出于人性道德上考虑不可以欺压他人，所以我们只能变得更强，让自己不致于被人欺压打败才行。

节奏，是指演讲内容在结构安排上表现出的张弛起伏。
演讲稿结构的节奏，主要是通过演讲内容的变换来实现的。演讲内容的变换，是在一个主题思想所统领的内容中，适当地插入幽默、诗文、轶事等内容，以便听众的注意力既保持高度集中而又不因为高度集中而产生兴奋性抑制。优秀的演说家几乎没有一个不长于使用这种方法。
演讲稿结构的节奏既要鲜明，又要适度。平铺直叙，呆板沉滞，固然会使听众紧张疲劳，而内容变换过于频繁，也会造成听众注意力涣散。所以，插入的内容应该为实现演讲意图服务，而节奏的频率也应该根据听众的心理特征来确定。
衔接是指把演讲中的各个内容层次联结起来，使之具有浑然一体的整体感。由于演讲的节奏需要适时地变换演讲内容，因而也就容易使演讲稿的结构显得零散。衔接是对结构松紧、疏密的一种弥补，它使各个内容层次的变换更为巧妙和自然，使演讲稿富于整体感，有助于演讲主题的深入人心。
演讲稿结构衔接的方法主要是运用同两段内容、两个层次有联系的过渡段或过渡句。
三、结尾要简洁有力，余音绕梁。结尾是演讲内容的自然收束。言简意赅、余音绕梁的结尾能够使听众精神振奋，并促使听众不断地思考和回味;而松散疲沓、枯燥无味的结尾则只能使听众感到厌倦，并随着时过境迁而被遗忘。怎样才能给听众留下深刻的印象呢?美国作家约翰·沃尔夫说：“演讲最好在听众兴趣到高潮时果断收束，未尽时嘎然而止。”这是演讲稿结尾最为有效的方法。在演讲处于高潮的时候，听众大脑皮层高度兴奋，注意力和情绪都由此而达到最佳状态，如果在这种状态中突然收束演讲，那么保留在听众大脑中的最后印象就特别深刻。
演讲稿的结尾没有固定的格式，或对演讲全文要点进行简明扼要的小结，或以号召性、鼓动性的话收束，或以诗文名言以及幽默俏皮的话结尾。但一般原则是要给听众留下深刻的印象。
最后，要重视所写的稿子符合演讲稿写作要求：
演讲稿是讲给人听的，因此，写演讲稿首先要了解听众对象：了解他们的思想状况、文化程度、职业状况如何;了解他们所关心和迫切需要解决的问题是什么，等等。否则，不看对象，演讲稿写得再花功夫，说得再天花乱坠，听众也会感到索然无味，无动于衷，也就达不到宣传、鼓动、教育和欣赏的目的。
演讲稿观点鲜明，显示着演讲者对一种理性认识的肯定，显示着演讲者对客观事物见解的透辟程度，能给人以可信性和可靠感。演讲稿观点不鲜明，就缺乏说服力，就失去了演讲的作用。
演讲稿还要有真挚的感情，才能打动人、感染人，有鼓动性。因此，它要求在表达上注意感情色彩，把说理和抒情结合起来。既有冷静的分析，又有热情的鼓动;既有所怒，又有所喜;既有所憎，又有所爱。当然这种深厚动人的感情不应是“挤”出来的，而要发自肺腑，就像泉水喷涌而出。
构成演讲稿波澜的要素很多，有内容，有安排，也有听众的心理特征和认识事物的规律。如果能掌握听众的心理特征和认识事物的规律，恰当地选择材料，安排材料，也能使演讲在听众心里激起波澜。换句话说，演讲稿要写得有波澜，主要不是靠声调的高低，而是靠内容的有起有伏，有张有弛，有强调，有反复，有比较，有照应。
要把演讲者在头脑里构思的一切都写出来或说出来，让人们看得见，听得到，就必须借助语言这个交流思想的工具。因此，语言运用得好还是差，对写作演讲稿影响极大。要提高演讲稿的质量，不能不在语言的运用上下一番功夫------------------------------------------------------------尊敬的各位老师，同学们:
