The Importance of EQ
EQ stands for Emotional Quotient, which represents the emotional intelligence of people. In another words, it is the ability to manage yourself emotion and other’s emotion. It is very important for everyone in their whole life. People with high EQ are always good at communicating. When other people need help, they always can give their advice because they can think in their own way. So people around them like to communicate with them.
