本次比赛分为两部分，第一部分分为三部分。
第一环节：定题演讲：每组选手首先进行有准备发言，题目为“alma mater in my heart”，
演讲时间为3分钟，选手可自定小标题，按照抽签的结果依次出场。
第二步：回答问题：评委会就选手的演讲内容提问。选手的回答时间是1分钟。
第三部分：即席演讲：竞赛试题保密。选手答题后，现场抽签，准备1分钟，演讲2分钟。
第二部分是复活竞赛：即兴演讲
评分标准
固定话题演讲总分60分，内容、语言水平、演讲技巧各占20分。
答题总分40分。内容、语言和技能分别为15分、15分和10分。
即兴演讲总分50分，内容、语言、技巧分别为20分、15分、15分。
另外，如果两队总成绩相同，按定题演讲、回答问题、即兴演讲的先后顺序依次比较各部分的分数，分高者胜出。
晋级规则：
一。根据第一部分的总分排名，取前20%-30%的队伍，第一部分为晋级队伍。
2。剩下的队伍可以申请复活（每各队伍只有一个资格），并进入复活比赛。根据复活赛各队伍的总成绩(包含定题演讲，
回答问题，即兴演讲三部分)排名，取前20%左右的队伍和第一部分确定的队伍共同进入决赛。

a: in prepared speech, if your speech is more than 3 minutes and 15 seconds or less than 2 minutes and 45 seconds, the score of yours will deduct 0.5-1 points; this round will be 50 points in impromptu speech and questions and answers , if your speech is more than 70 seconds, or less than 50 seconds, the score of yours will deduct 0.
5-1 points , this two rounds will be 30 points and 20 points.

a：in prepared contest，you have about four minutes to take your speech. something important is you have to speech without draft，then，you will face the impromptu speech, after you choose the question, you have 40s to prepare, 2 minutes to answer.
