作为教师，我深知，兴趣是学习的动力。在平时的教学中造句都会刻意选择学生感兴趣的人和事。这下子对于自己一直觉得是重点却不被重视，难以攻克的语音教学找到了秘密武器。以英文歌曲为突破口。最近几周，实践了下，结果让人惊喜，与各位同行分享，希望抛砖引玉。
一，激发兴趣
爱因斯坦说,兴趣是最好的老师.因为人会主动寻找满足他兴趣的事物.听音乐是孩子们的最大爱好。首先要潜移默化的培养孩子的国际视野和理解文化交融现象。布置的作业是罗列自己所听歌曲中的英文元素。比如大张伟的这个feel倍爽；快乐颂中Don’t worry,be happy；改变自己中的最近情绪有点down，come on；S.H.E的super star和shero；阿悄just for it；王瑞琪We are friends等等，这些歌曲中总有那么几句简单的英文混搭，时尚又活泼，学生们很喜欢，关键是能听懂一下子让他们体会到学为所用，积累了成功经验，对英语的兴趣更浓烈了。二，规范语音
我个人很严重的存在单音准确，发音技巧不够的缺陷。看电影不觉得，但学唱英文歌总是跟不上词，让人懊恼又惭愧。因此，我想让我的学生一开始就练习更标准的语音，能注意到语音，语调，语速以及连读，弱读，同化，失去爆破等发音技巧。第一，标准的发音增加自信。第二，发音技巧在听力考试中会有直接影响。比如上次测验最简单的tell us，about you，and a stem 的连读，学生一点没听出来。三，丰富课堂

作为一名英语教师，K歌不会一两首英文歌，自惭形秽。而且教师作为普通人也会有爱恨情仇的情感，音乐是很好的表达和宣泄。现在的我，特别想学唱歌。课堂上露一手，还怕我们的爱徒不佩服，不欣赏嘛，有了欣赏和佩服，你的课堂不必维持秩序，因为你的精彩一定让你的课堂更出彩。讲台是我们的舞台，我们既然站在舞台中央，就不能辜负自己辜负“观众”。以上是我最近英语教学的小心得，特别想与大家分享，不当之处，还望不吝赐教。

一、 宏观性评价
1.整体印象类评语

采用整体印象类评语对于起始阶段学生有较好激励作用，但若千篇一律使用此类评语，就会使学生无法正确认识自己写作水平，最终导致教师评语失去应有作用。
2.规范导知类评语

二、 微观写作技能方面评语
1.专项点拨类评语

虽然这些评语对我们大部分学生来说不太适合，以为他们连老师评他们什么都看不懂，但我们平时对作文批改确实没做到这么仔细，有很大启发。
摘要：医学遗传学是医学高校教育中一门重要的基础学科，医学遗传学的教学应当为培养新世纪优秀医学人才打下重要基础而努力。
而在大专医学院校，课时和课程设置的特殊性，如何在课时少，任务重的情况下提高教学质量，完成教学任务，取得好的教学效果值得探讨。
医学遗传学是临床医学与遗传学相互渗透形成的一门边缘科学，近年来发展迅速。
科学工作者早就认识到人类几乎所有疾病的发生、发展都是遗传因素和环境因素共同作用的结果，未来的医学是分子医学和遗传医学、未来的药物是基因药物、未来的保健是遗传保健。
医学遗传学承载着揭示人类疾病发生发展根本原因以及推动医学技术发生深刻革命的神圣使命。
但目前在医学专科院校中医学遗传学的设置状况与本学科承载的使命很不相称，主要问题有：课时少任务重，难以进行系统的教学，要在32个学时甚至是18个学时内完成医学遗传学理论课和实验课的教学任务，这给任课的教师和学习的学生提出了更高的要求;该课程设置为考查课程，学生不重视，难以收到好的教学效果;专科院校的学生基础知识的掌握度比本科院校的要低很多，各个专业的学生文科学生所占比例接近三分之一，因此对本门课程的理解能力要低于理科学生。
在教学过程中文科学生普遍反映对知识的把握度要明显低于理科学生。
在这种情况下，要保证教学质量，只有在备课、授课以及课程考核方式等多方面下功夫。
本文主要介绍了我们在教学实践中一些心得体会。
目前我们使用的教材是上海科技出版社的由蒋炳正副教授教授主编的医学遗传学，该教材在内容上相对于大专护理专业而言难度较为适宜，理论比较系统，缺点是和临床遗传病结合比较少，缺乏实用性。
我们在教学过程中注意了这一点，对于需要学生重点掌握而教材中较少讲到的内容进行补充并详细讲解;及时将本学科新的发展动态和技术研究成果通过课堂教学介绍给学生，以弥补教材中的'不足。
通过这一措施，达到了教学知识的系统性、新颖性和实用性。
2、分析学情，针对不同层次的学生，力争共同进步，共同提高。
教学的中心是提高学生的能力，学习的主体是学生，教学设计和方法的运用要适合学生具体情况。
从情感上讲我们面对的是刚进学校的高中学生，一切对于他们都是新的，对于一切有极大的兴趣，所以在情感态度上亲和力的渗透是第一位的。
从个体上讲学生基础参次不齐的学生，文科同学几乎都没学过高中生物学。
所以在知识和能力上，我们在为没学过的学生打好扎实基础的同时，必须每节课为那些高起点学生拔高，让不同层次的学生都能找到成就感。
而教学上学生过分依赖教师的讲授，抽象思维能力较弱。
学习欠缺主动、自我计划和管理能力缺乏。
缺乏团队协作。
教学方法需注重灵活性和技巧性。
3、基于专业本身的需要，结合教学大纲合理设置理论课和实验课的课时比例
以往课程教学中我国的护理教育与医学教育之间缺乏专业的独立性、独特性和区别性。
护理专业教学内容基本属于临床医疗专业的压缩版。
护理课程教学应该反映社会需求的变化， 发展多学科综合课程，使护理教育与社会的需要联系起来。
为了克服教学中的现存问题，突出专业特色，充分体现护理专业是直接维系人类生命和健康的专业，我们从教学对实践的指导性角度考虑，重新调节课程结构，整合教学内容，构建了以岗位技能培养为核心的课程教学体系。Yjs21.cOm
将知识和技能模块教学方法进行了如下安排。
理论课时和实验课时的设置比例为三比一，在一定程度上提高了实验课的比例，充分锻炼了学生的操作能力，提高了其基本技能，为其以后从事临床工作打下理论与实践的基础。
根据课程特点，结合学情和教学条件，我们采用“项目导向，任务驱动”、“教、学、练、做”有机融合、“理论和实践一体化”的教学方法。
不同方法均以提升学生能力为最高原则。
具体有模块化教学、实践性教学、延伸性学习、自主性学习。
模块化教学主要是校内的课堂情境体验、录像观摩评析、专题讨论、病例研究、综合训练及校外的见实习、参观、调查、访谈等实践活动、现场观摩。
我们经常采用的教学组织安排方式是：提出教学目标→讲解示教→操作指导→练习自检→评价反馈.
为提高学生实践工作能力，我们创立了“四递进”的能力培养模式，即由校内实训至理论应用练习再到录像、见习、实习最后到遗传优生学原理综合运用。
在内容上理论与实践紧密相连，符合理论-实践-再理论的学习规律。
在尝试不同教学方法的同时，我们对考核方式也进行有效的改革。
改变了过去的单纯闭卷考试，采用闭卷考试与开卷写小综述相结合的方法。
闭卷考试内容以基本理论为主，而与其他学科相联系的各论和进展内容则以撰写小综述为主，开、闭卷考试成绩分别占总成绩的40%和60%。
写小综述前，教师先拟出一些综述题目供学生选择，也可由学生根据自己的学习兴趣和所查阅的资料自立题目。
完成后，教师审阅、评分，并组织交流。
2年来，这一改革形式受到了学生的欢迎。
