为了进一步培养和激发广大学生学习英语的兴趣和热情，提高我校学生的英语口语表达能力，促进学生成长成才，学校决定开展河南理工大学第五届英语演讲公开赛.为此我们在团委朱老师带领下举办此次活动并特邀院领导及老师参与，让学生更快更好的适应大学，全面发展，不断进步。
三、活动意义及目的：
在新学期树立起优良学风，营造良好的生活学习氛围。让新生了解大学学习,进一步加深新生对英语学习的认识，提升自我，展现自我,发展自我。本次活动所希望达到的具体目标是，学生能借助这次活动培养良好的学习方法，营造奋发向上的学习氛围，培养积极负责的工作态度，明确个人今后的发展方向和目标。

3、活动流程：
前期准备：
l申请教室，确定具体时间和地点;
l邀请院领导、团委老师及相关老师作为嘉宾及评委;
l联系各年级级辅导员协助工作，由学习部通知到各班，将参赛者名单提前上交，确保每个同学都按时参加;
l及时做好宣传，宣传板做宣传的同时，也在大一宿舍楼下张贴;
l将策划书交团委及学生会查阅审批;

二、 可行性分析
1.学校角度
(1)给同学们提供一次展示自我的平台，给同学们创造了一次互相交流的机会，帮助同学们提高自身的英语口语水平及在公众场合下的英语演说能力。
(2)丰富了学校开展的校园文化艺术节活动，锻炼了学生干部的能力，帮助学生会更好更快的成长。

(3)比赛阶段：初赛在11月6号进行，复赛在11月13号举行。比赛开始前演讲者需提前半小时入场，以抽签来决定演讲顺序。(比赛大致分为以下几个阶段：1、主持人宣布大赛开始。2、嘉宾讲话。3、宣读比赛规则4、比赛开始。5、统计结果并颁奖。6、比赛结束。)。参赛者演讲结束后，评委在特定打分条上打分。初赛只有特定题目演讲，而决赛是特定题目演讲和自由发挥(初赛决赛都不能拿稿，初赛只是特定题目演讲，决赛要有评委提问对话)。比赛结束，现场统计分数并宣布比赛结果。

报名表分为纸质报名表和电子版报名表两种提交方式。纸质报名表由各班负责人收齐后在11月3号傍晚7点前交给学术部专门人员。电子版在11月3号晚7点前提交到学术部公共邮箱。电子版与纸质版提交一个就可。

英语演讲比赛具体工作说明
1、 活动总负责人：胡庆辉、吴彦丽
首先，要非常熟悉活动的整个流程，在活动未开始之前就要能够清晰的说出各个环节的工作;其次，是要很好的掌握好活动的进程，协调好每个环节的工作，了解每个部员活动任务的进展情况并且及时对活动的进展报告给部长;再次，如在活动进程中出现不能解决的问题及时向部长回报，碰到协调不了部员及时请部长解决，发现活动的缺陷及时提出并想出解决的对策。一句话，负责整个活动，承担整个活动是否成功的责任。
2、 宣传工作中的海报，条幅工作：胡庆辉、吴彦丽
第一、 与宣传部协商海报的制作，由宣传部交给交给打印社打印。
第二、 学术部将海报条幅从打印社取来，并负责海报张贴，条幅悬挂。
第三、清楚制作海报、条幅的价格，以及定好条幅的长宽比例以及条幅的内容。
3、 通知，报名表和演讲稿收集工作：张苗苗、杨济平、何海蛟
通知人员向部长要每个班负责人的联系方式，之后最好是每个班的班长或副班长都亲自见一面，向其说明活动的主要内容同时交一份部门已经制作好的通知和参赛者信息统计表给班长或各班负责人，再将已经制作好的小海报分发给各班班长。注意一定要和各班的负责人保持联系!通知由吴彦丽负责撰写，并打印出来。演讲稿和报名表的收集工作，每个通知人员都要给各班的负责人讲清楚收集的截至时间和的上交途径。通知由张苗苗负责下发。报名表和演讲稿由何海蛟收集。
说明：在通知的时候一定要说明研会现在的活动都跟优秀班集体的评选挂钩。
4、 海报的张贴以及条幅的悬挂：胡庆辉、吴彦丽 小海报的分发工作已经在通知工作中安排好了，大海报由吴艳丽张贴一张在女生宿舍楼前的宣传栏内，由胡庆辉张贴一张在男生公寓楼前的宣传栏内。由胡庆辉，吴彦丽两人除将小海报分发到各班负责人外，还需负责将剩余海报张贴在4教的各个研究生教室门口，还有主教的研究生教室门口。条幅由胡庆辉、谢松汕两人负责悬挂在足球场的护栏上。
5、 物质采购工作：何海蛟、吴迪
采购本次活动除条幅，海报外的所有物资。主要有以下物品，获奖人员的证书，奖品(证书由杨济平负责填写)、矿泉水(农夫山泉)、在办理上述工作的时候注意要开发票，特殊情况下不能开发票的可以向组织者说明，能开发票的情况下问及多开的金额需要增加多少税金再考虑是否加开发票金额，所有物品买回后要提交一张详细的购物清单，购买物品之前先问吴彦丽价格范围再进行购买防止超出预算。嘉宾礼品为有中国特色的礼品，评委老师每人一份，奖杯需订做。礼品奖杯由何海蛟，吴迪负责。
6、 获奖证书制作：郑晗
拟定获奖证书的内容，并进行格式排版，最后打印。(获奖人姓名由杨济平在比赛后填写)
7、 评分条的制作：胡庆辉
拟定评分规则和评分的项目，并做一表格，最后打印，用于评委评分。
8、 抽签牌的制作：杨济平
负责制作抽签牌和签筒，签牌个数根据参赛人数而定。
9、 嘉宾及评委的邀请工作：马宏志，梁张华 制作正式的邀请函，并拿着邀请函去请评委。留下评委的联系方式，保持和评委的联系，避免出现评委缺席后无法更换的现象。
10、 现场比赛工作安排：全体学术部成员
1、演讲现场播放PPT负责人：谢松汕。按活动顺序做一个PPT，第一部分为欢迎部分，第二个部分为演讲稿部分，按演讲顺序。第三个部分为致谢部分。

3、音响设备负责人：谢松汕，蔡俊。负责音响别出差错。

I'm fortunate enough to work in the rehab facility, so I get to see people who are facing life and death with addiction. It's because he didn't know that his son needed to hear it.

And he goes, "Oh, this is great, this is great." And praise really does have to be genuine, but she takes responsibility for that. And a friend of mine, April, who I've had since kindergarten, she thanks her children for doing their chores. And she said, "Why wouldn't I thank it, even though they're supposed to do it?"

Go home to your husband -- what does he need? Go home and ask those questions, and then help the people around you.

(3)比赛阶段：初赛在11月6号进行，复赛在11月13号举行。比赛开始前演讲者需提前半小时入场，以抽签来决定演讲顺序。(比赛大致分为以下几个阶段：1、主持人宣布大赛开始。2、嘉宾讲话。3、宣读比赛规则4、比赛开始。5、统计结果并颁奖。6、比赛结束。)。参赛者演讲结束后，评委在特定打分条上打分。初赛只有特定题目演讲，而决赛是特定题目演讲和自由发挥(初赛决赛都不能拿稿，初赛只是特定题目演讲，决赛要有评委提问对话)。比赛结束，现场统计分数并宣布比赛结果。
(4)颁奖仪式：初赛只宣布进入决赛人员名单。决赛由主持人宣布获奖名单，由嘉宾进行颁奖。获奖分一，二，三等奖，分别有1名，2名，3名。
(5)总结阶段：总结组织经验，找出不足，加以改善。

研究生英语演讲比赛活动总负责人：胡庆辉、吴彦丽
1、宣传工作：
(1)制作一个长15米内容为“‘研’途精彩，‘英’为有你——首届研究生英语演讲大赛”的条幅。
(2)制作大海报两张和小海报130张，大海报张贴在学校宣传栏，小海报在各班分发和研究生教室和楼层电梯口处张贴。
(3)发通知于班长，调动班长宣传的积极性。
(4)让各班的研会成员在自己班进行宣传。 条幅，海报负责人：胡庆辉，吴彦丽 联络通知负责人：张苗苗
2、收集报名表和演讲稿：
报名表分为纸质报名表和电子版报名表两种提交方式。纸质报名表由各班负责人收齐后在11月3号傍晚7点前交给学术部专门人员。电子版在11月3号晚7点前提交到学术部公共邮箱。电子版与纸质版提交一个就可。
报名表和演讲稿收集负责人：何海蛟
3、比赛现场 (1) 我部成员提前布置比赛场地，检查音响设备是否完好! (2) 参赛者提前到场，抽签决定演讲顺序。并在演讲顺序表中签字。 (3) 请办公室人员拍照。主持人介绍嘉宾、评委。 (4) 主持人介绍比赛中应注意问题。如时间提示，各个打分项等。(有比赛规则) (5) 嘉宾讲话，并宣布比赛开始。 (6) 比赛结束统计比赛结果并由主持人宣布获奖人员，由嘉宾颁奖。
4、 评奖工作 (1) 初赛没有奖品，只宣布进入复试人员名单(总共有12人)。 (2) 决赛分为一，二，三等奖。其中获奖的研一参赛人员有机会参加培训，进入北京市的英语演讲比赛。 (3) 购买奖品，制作获奖证书。

英语演讲比赛具体工作说明
1、 活动总负责人：胡庆辉、吴彦丽
首先，要非常熟悉活动的整个流程，在活动未开始之前就要能够清晰的说出各个环节的工作;其次，是要很好的掌握好活动的进程，协调好每个环节的工作，了解每个部员活动任务的进展情况并且及时对活动的进展报告给部长;再次，如在活动进程中出现不能解决的问题及时向部长回报，碰到协调不了部员及时请部长解决，发现活动的缺陷及时提出并想出解决的对策。一句话，负责整个活动，承担整个活动是否成功的责任。
2、 宣传工作中的海报，条幅工作：胡庆辉、吴彦丽
第一、 与宣传部协商海报的制作，由宣传部交给交给打印社打印。
第二、 学术部将海报条幅从打印社取来，并负责海报张贴，条幅悬挂。
第三、清楚制作海报、条幅的价格，以及定好条幅的长宽比例以及条幅的内容。
3、 通知，报名表和演讲稿收集工作：张苗苗、杨济平、何海蛟
通知人员向部长要每个班负责人的联系方式，之后最好是每个班的班长或副班长都亲自见一面，向其说明活动的主要内容同时交一份部门已经制作好的通知和参赛者信息统计表给班长或各班负责人，再将已经制作好的小海报分发给各班班长。注意一定要和各班的负责人保持联系!通知由吴彦丽负责撰写，并打印出来。演讲稿和报名表的收集工作，每个通知人员都要给各班的负责人讲清楚收集的截至时间和的上交途径。通知由张苗苗负责下发。报名表和演讲稿由何海蛟收集。
说明：在通知的时候一定要说明研会现在的活动都跟优秀班集体的评选挂钩。
4、 海报的张贴以及条幅的悬挂：胡庆辉、吴彦丽 小海报的分发工作已经在通知工作中安排好了，大海报由吴艳丽张贴一张在女生宿舍楼前的宣传栏内，由胡庆辉张贴一张在男生公寓楼前的宣传栏内。由胡庆辉，吴彦丽两人除将小海报分发到各班负责人外，还需负责将剩余海报张贴在4教的各个研究生教室门口，还有主教的研究生教室门口。条幅由胡庆辉、谢松汕两人负责悬挂在足球场的护栏上。
5、 物质采购工作：何海蛟、吴迪
采购本次活动除条幅，海报外的所有物资。主要有以下物品，获奖人员的证书，奖品(证书由杨济平负责填写)、矿泉水(农夫山泉)、在办理上述工作的时候注意要开发票，特殊情况下不能开发票的可以向组织者说明，能开发票的情况下问及多开的金额需要增加多少税金再考虑是否加开发票金额，所有物品买回后要提交一张详细的购物清单，购买物品之前先问吴彦丽价格范围再进行购买防止超出预算。嘉宾礼品为有中国特色的礼品，评委老师每人一份，奖杯需订做。礼品奖杯由何海蛟，吴迪负责。
6、 获奖证书制作：郑晗
拟定获奖证书的内容，并进行格式排版，最后打印。(获奖人姓名由杨济平在比赛后填写)
7、 评分条的制作：胡庆辉
拟定评分规则和评分的项目，并做一表格，最后打印，用于评委评分。
8、 抽签牌的制作：杨济平
负责制作抽签牌和签筒，签牌个数根据参赛人数而定。
9、 嘉宾及评委的邀请工作：马宏志，梁张华 制作正式的邀请函，并拿着邀请函去请评委。留下评委的联系方式，保持和评委的联系，避免出现评委缺席后无法更换的现象。
10、 现场比赛工作安排：全体学术部成员
1、演讲现场播放PPT负责人：谢松汕。按活动顺序做一个PPT，第一部分为欢迎部分，第二个部分为演讲稿部分，按演讲顺序。第三个部分为致谢部分。
2、条幅悬挂负责人：胡庆辉、谢松汕。悬挂条幅。
3、音响设备负责人：谢松汕，蔡俊。负责音响别出差错。
4、板报负责人：杨济平。负责书写黑板上的粉笔字。
5、抽签负责人：孟静。负责演讲者的抽签，并记录演讲顺序。
6、拍照负责人：办公室一名人员和我部门王展。负责活动现场拍照。
7、主持人：郑晗和其他部门一位女支持人。负责主持工作，主要是介绍嘉宾，评委，比赛中需要注意的事项。支持人可先写个稿子熟悉一下。
8、演讲者限制时间负责人：蔡俊。演讲总时间为3分钟，还有30秒时提醒演讲者。防止用时过多。既违背比赛规则，又耽误比赛进程。
9、现场秩序维护人员：杨济平。维持会场纪律。
10、奖品由采购人员负责保管。

When I was 10 years old ，I became a shot-put athlete。The training was really hard ，I couldn"t bear the heavy shot in my hands 。But I always believe that "god only help those who help themselves"。During those hard days，I find I was growing more quickly than others of the same age。To be an athlete is my most correct choice。But，I quit my team after entering high school because of a silly excuse。I really didn"t want to stop my sports career anyway。
Today I say to you my friends that even though I must face the difficulties of yesterday ，today and tomorrow 。I still have a dream 。It is a dream deeply rooted in my soul。
I have a dream that one day ，I can run，jump and pitch just like I used to be。
