我是xx班的xx，今天我能够站在这里演讲我感到非常的荣幸，很感谢老师给了我这一次演讲的机会。我今天演讲的主题是《做文明学生》，这对于我们学生来说是很重要的事情，我之所以会以这个为主题也是希望大家都能够重视起来，每一个人都做到讲文明，做一个文明学生。

现代的社会是一个讲文明的社会，也在朝着文明社会的奉献发展，所以做一个文明的学生其实从某一个方面来说是社会对我们的要求，我们是必须要做一个讲文明的学生的。我们从幼儿园的时候其实就已经开始接受的这方面的教育了，讲文明包括了很多方面的东西的，在平常老师也会给我们讲很多这方面的知识，所以其实我们早就已经了解过关于讲文明的一些事情了。

现在网络是非常发达的，同学们也应该从网络上或者是电视上观看到了很多有关讲文明的视频或者是广告，也已经知道了怎样做才是讲文明的学生了，但是很多的同学只是知道自己却不能够做到，光知道不去做其实也是没有用处的，不仅要知道也要做到，这才是我们作为学生应该要做的。我们如果能够下定决心的去做一件事情的话是一定能够做到的，所以我们要马上的行动起来，做一个文明学生。我们现在的年纪也比较的小，如果同学们自己有一些不讲文明的习惯的话现在要改正还是非常的容易的，做文明学生是能够让我们自己变得更加的优秀从而得到社会的认可的。

虽然现在社会是朝着好的方向去发展的，但是还是会存在着很多不文明的现象的，这就需要我们学生了，如果想要社会变得更加的文明的话，首先自己就应该要做到讲文明，从而去影响到我们身边的人。一个人的力量是非常的小的，一个人的影响也是几乎没有的，但若是我们学生都行动起来了，那影响和力量都是不能够忽视的，社会是会变得更加的文明的，所以我们更应该去做文明学生。

在听完我的发言之后，我相信很多同学心中都有了一些想法，同学们，行动起来吧，我也希望大家都能够行动起来，一起努力的让我们生活的社会变得更加的美好。做文明学生，也不仅是对社会有利的事情，更是对我们自己也同样有利。从现在就开始改变自己，让自己变得更好。

俗话说：“人无完人。”我也是如此，我知道自己还有很多不文明的习惯，但是，在今后的日子里我一定努力改正，争做文明好少年。

古人说：“少年智则国智，少年强则国强”，而今天我要说“少年文明则社会文明，少年进步则社会进步”。

我们作为中国新时代的少年，更要讲文明、讲礼貌，因为我们是祖国的未来，民族的希望，所以我们更要树立文明好少年的形象。

文明是什么？文明就是：

弯下腰，捡起脚下的纸片，拉起摔倒的同学；

伸出手，拧紧滴水的龙头，搀扶蹒跚的老人；

张开口，讲出温馨的话语，喊出正义的声音，

拿起布，擦掉墙上的污迹，擦亮明净的玻璃；

停住脚，不踩美丽的草地，遵守交通规则；

站出来，制止不文明的行为，指责不礼貌的举动。

人们经常把文明比作一盏明灯，灯光亮一些，我们身边的黑暗就会少一些。只要我们每个人都争做文明好少年，我相信我们身边那些不文明的陋习就会越来越少。

自从在上学期的开学典礼上，x校长作了"做一等学问，修一等美德，成社会栋梁"的主题报告以后，一个学期以来，学校的校纪校风发生了很大的改变：同学们到校更早了;校服穿得更整齐了;校内没有摩托车、自行车的横冲直撞，安全多了;不在教室吃零食，空气新鲜多了;教室里没有吵闹声，搞学习安静多了;上级领导、家长和社会对我校的正面评价多多了;同学们在一中学习，感到收获更多、更有希望了。的确，好的环境可以使我们每个人受益，好的环境同时需要大家来创造。但是，在少数同学身上仍然存在一些不文明的行为，如：不按规定穿校服、戴校牌;带手机进校园、上课上网、乱发贴;不尊重老师、家长和长者，没有礼貌，遇到老师和客人不主动打招呼问好;不讲卫生、不尊重工友的劳动、乱丢乱扔，甚至堵塞厕所下水道;不接受门卫管理，不到放学时间不经请假强闯校门;学习不认真，抄别人的作业，不完成学习任务，成绩差，等等。以上这些行为，与我们XX市一中学子的身份极不符合，不仅有损学校形象，还让这些坏习惯影响你们今后的发展。

在此，我呼吁在全校开展"做文明学生，建美丽校园"的活动，每一位同学从现在开始做起，养成以下四种好的习惯：

1、守纪律的习惯。人人都有一个希望，那就是有一个舒适的学习、工作、生活环境，而这样的环境必须靠我们每一个人来共同创造。学校要求学生穿校服、戴校牌，就是为了防止闲杂人员进入学校，影响我们的学习;校内禁止骑车，是为了我们大家的安全;禁止将手机带入校内，是怕个别同学管不住自己的手机而耽误学习;没到放学时间不能出校门是为大家的安全考虑，那时交警还未到岗，接同学的家长还没有赶到。如果每个同学只考虑自己的方便和舒适，而不考虑别人的感受，必然会遭到众人的反对。

2、做好事的习惯。雷锋之所以伟大，就是他的奉献精神。"雷锋"二字已成为人们心目中热心公益、乐于助人、扶贫济困、见义勇为、善待他人、奉献社会的代名词。50年来，涌现出了千千万万个雷锋式的道德模范，前有焦裕禄、孔繁森，今有郭明义、陈光标，我们常德有杨绍军、陈建教、沈国初。不仅中国人学雷锋，外国人其实更喜欢雷锋，更爱学雷锋。如大家所熟悉的比尔.盖茨，他将个人资产的99%捐了出来，设立比尔及梅琳达.盖茨基金会，以资助全球的卫生和教育事业。我一直在想：做好事有什么好处?为什么有那么多的人愿意去做?后来我从郭明义的话中找到了答案，那就是--帮助别人，快乐自己!并且我还在生物学上找到了理论解释，那就是一个人做了好事以后，心理上有一种成就感，这种成就感能刺激脑细胞产生一种分泌物，这种分泌物有利于人的健康和长寿。在此我希望同学们以后多做好事，见到弱势群体帮一帮，见到垃圾捡一捡，见到流水的龙头关一关，举手之劳，收获快乐，收获健康和长寿。

3、有礼貌的习惯。讲文明有礼貌是中华民族的传统美德，程门立雪、三顾茅芦、孔融让梨等古人有礼貌的故事流传了千百年。周恩来是事事处处讲究礼貌的楷模，接待外宾，不论是来自大国小国，也不论其职位高低，周都以礼相待，因此受到了全世界所有国家的人民、朋友甚至是对手的广泛称赞，在他去世后，联合国专门为他下半旗致哀，这在联合国的历史上为一个国家的下半旗还是第一次。我们学校现在的同学遇到老师后大多能主动打招呼，但还有少数同学做得不够好，究其原因，可能是害羞、不自信的表现，更是缺乏礼貌和教养的结果。其实，主动与人打招呼，既可引起对方对你的注意，甚至会得到领导、老师在今后对你的重视，又可以让自己身心愉悦，带着良好的情绪去搞学习，是一举两得的事情。希望同学们在今后多主动和人打招呼，多用文明语言，当一名绅士，做一个淑女。

4、讲卫生的习惯。对学校来说，良好的卫生环境，是学校的脸面，对每个人来说，良好的卫生习惯，则是一个人修养的体现。一个不讲卫生、乱丢乱扔垃圾，边走边吃零食的人是被别人瞧不起的。有的同学喜欢吃路边小摊担上的食品，这些食品既不营养又不卫生，可能当时觉得既方便又可口，其实许多有害物质被吃进去后，经过长时间的积累会对人的健康产生重大危害，有的会造成终生的遗憾，如性早熟、终生不育甚至得癌症等等。在此我提醒同学们，为了校园环境卫生，请手下留情;为了自己的身体健康，请口下留情!

做文明学生，建美丽校园，是我们每个一中人的追求，也需要大家的参与。我相信，只要我们养成了上述四个好的习惯，我们的学校将更加美丽，我们的同学将有更好的未来!

尤其是周建波老师——一名优秀的老党员、有着杰出贡献的老教师，她以“捧着一颗心来，不带半根草去”的精神，诠释着 “爱”的真正含义。

33年前，17岁的周建波老师走上了教育工作岗位，30多年来，怀着对教育事业的无限忠诚和一腔热血，她一直坚守在教育工作的第一线，清贫与奉献是她的本色，责任与使命是她的原则。在她的一生中，她默默奉献，对待年轻的老师，像对待自己的孩子一样鼓励、督促和帮助。在工作上，她又孜孜不倦地追求着，为了训练百人鼓号队，她在做切除声带小结的当天就回到校操场;为更好地完成“服装设计”活动，她几乎跑遍全城缝纫店找碎布;为做好妇女带头工作，她将52 年从未上过台的丈夫拉上了“家庭才艺展”的舞台……

“一部停不下来的机器”，是周老师的真实写照。她每天在学校工作12到14个小时。常年超负荷工作使她身患多种慢性病，多次胆阑炎发作，晚上病痛而彻夜难眠，但她以顽强的毅力坦然面对病痛折磨，在病情稍有缓和的情况下，第二天，仍然带病坚持工作。

有一次，周老师在训练学生演讲时，因过度劳累和腰疼，身体突然失去平衡，重重地摔倒在椅子上，脸色惨白，汗水淋漓，但她仍坚持坐起身，继续用沙哑的声音操练学生。周老师就是这么做的。他累了就起床；累了就再起床，但他从来没有错过孩子们一天的训练。

“一切为了学生，为了一切学生，为了学生一切。”周老师如是说，可有谁知道要这个“为了”她的付出有多大，请听她女儿是怎么说的：“妈妈，你对我太不公平了，你可以给别的孩子那么多时间，那么多爱，为什么就不能给我一点爱，我是您的亲女儿呀!

” 是的，自己欠亲人的确太多，在家庭最需要关照、女儿最需要关爱时，她却把感情的天平倾向了事业。1982年，周老师在市公安局工作的小弟在一次追捕犯人时光荣牺牲，母亲在遭受这个打击后瘫痪在床。周先生晚上去医院给妈妈洗尿布、打米粉，黎明照常上班。

直到5年后，母亲也微笑着躺在怀里，平静地离开了。送走母亲后，她强忍心中的悲伤，又投入紧张的工作中，看着她那布满血丝的双眼和憔悴不堪的样子，大弟心痛的说：“姐，你这是何苦呢教好的是别人的孩子，可累坏的是你的身子啊!

”她只笑了笑，可谁也没想到，这句关爱的话语竟成了姐弟间最后的告别。1997年，因积劳成疾，大弟也悄然的离开了人世，此时，年迈的父亲再也经不住这个沉重的打击也瘫病在床，为了不让老人伤心，她强忍心中的悲痛，再次挑起了照顾老人的重任，白天的她在学校，晚上的她在医院，不足四个小时的睡眠使她眼中布满了血丝，人也疲惫不堪，最后，过度的劳累和沉重的打击使她终于病倒了，但她仍一边输液，一边工作，一边照顾老人，看着她那疲惫的身躯，年迈的父亲再也忍不住流下了眼泪，说：“建波，你去找医生给我打一针安乐针，让我走吧，我走了，你才能轻装上阵，安心工作，自古忠孝不能两全，爸爸不会怪你的”。

那天他们父女在医院抱头痛哭，可第二天一早，她擦干眼泪后把父亲交给保姆照看，自己又全心地投入到了工作中。

3.英语演讲稿的基本组成部分

从大的方面看，英语演讲词实际上是属于一种特殊的说明文或议论文，其基本组成部分是：

1)开始时对听众的称呼语

最常用的是 Ladies and gentlemen，也可根据不同情况，选用 Fellow students, Distinguished guests, Mr Chairman, Honorable Judges等等。

2)提出论题

由于演讲的时间限制，必须开门见山，提出论题。提出论题的方法有各种各样，但最生动，最能引起注意的是用举例法。比如：你要呼吁大家关心贫穷地区的'孩子，你可以用亲眼看到的或者收集到的那些贫穷孩子多么需要帮助的实例开始。另外，用具体的统计数据也是一个有效的引出论题的方法，比如：你要谈遵守交通规则的话题，你可以从举一系列有关车辆、车祸等的数据开始。

3)论证

4.英语演讲稿的语言特征

1)多用实词，多用短句，少用结构复杂的长句

在英语演讲中，and, but, so, then 等虚词要尽量少用，that, which 等词引导的定语从句也只会使句子结构变得复杂，而使听众难以跟上演讲者的思路，从而影响演讲的效果。相反，多使用实词，短句，可使得演讲内容更清晰，气势更磅礴。

2)演讲要注意使用各种修辞手法，增加演讲的感染力和气势。英语演讲中常用的修辞手法有：渐进、对照、排比、警句等等，例如：

That government of the people, by the people, for the people shall not perish from the earth.

学习应该是这样，一步步学习和理解，再应用。我个人很不喜欢死记硬背，也不会死记硬背，所以我有限的w多的词汇量，都是靠应用理解得来的，句子更是，我在大一阶段认真读完了那本绿皮的薄冰英语语法，然后通过平时的听说读写，去应用，现在我能告诉你任何一句话的语法变化，如何引申推导，文字背后的意思。这，就是高效的学习。我并不是一个非常优秀的学习者，我没有进入北大清华，没有进入常青藤剑桥牛津，我不特殊。我可以做到，同学们一样可以做到。只要你有着想知道为什么的渴望，就一定能走上宽广的道路去求得答案！

语感又是什么呢？说到这里，就很简单了，语感就是在你在一个特定语境下，能感觉到这个人在说什么，这就是语感。比如说一句简单的话：Heis running his dog. 这句话从语法上来说，一个进行时。这时候有个问题了，直接翻译出来，这句话是“他正在跑他的狗”.什么叫跑狗呢？再推测联想，下班回家吃了饭，把家里的狗牵出来走走，用中文叫遛狗。Ok,原来就是遛狗。这就叫特定情境下语言的表达，你去还原，还原到无限接近写这句话写这篇文章的人的心思，你就赢了。这在英语考试里，是什么，就是完型填空。我常教高年级的'学生，不看选项去推测每一个空大概缺个什么词，缺个什么意思，当你能还原出来一些东西以后，你是真的懂这文章在干什么，要你填什么，而不是猜。很多考生，初中阶段100分以下，高中几乎是120以下，都是以猜为主。猜对了，就说自己有语感，靠着感觉做题考大学。猜错了，下次就换个角度继续猜。请记住：知识，能力，都不是猜出来的。

as long as he or she doesn't violate your basic regulation, why not treat it in a tolerant way even if they have made you unhappy, just let it gone with the wind.

to be tolerant, you can;t speak extreme words. you might get in trouble just because of some words you think can bring you temporary pleasure. even if you're criticizing people, you should try to be mild.

tolstoy is a great author. but his life is a tragedy, mostly resulted from his marriage. his wife's everlasting ***plain had put him to death.

when tolstoy was 82, he could bear his wife anymore and ran out of his house. he ended up dead in the railway station. before he died, his only requirement was that his wife wouldn't be allowed to be with him.

lincoln was also like him. some people say that the greatest tragedy in lincoln's life wasn't that he was shot dead but his wife, mary. for 23 years, he had to tolerate his wife's noise.
