3、数学概念敏感期:

这里提到的数学概念,实际上就是部分父母常说的“数感”。孩子先后对数字、数量,以及数的书写、序列和运算表现出兴趣。

父母一旦发现孩子进入了某一概念的敏感期,就可进行科学地引导,有助于孩子培养良好的数感。

但要注意的是,并不是孩子数数数得越多越好,也不是要求背加减乘除的口诀。

而是要注重数与量的对应,以及运算:

(1)可以在爬楼梯的时候带孩子数台阶,吃水果时数一数,家里还有几个苹果、几根香蕉。

(2)可以在用餐前带孩子为家人摆碗筷,数一数家里有几个人?需要几个碗、几双筷子?

(3)在生活中,可以带孩子做运算,比如5颗开心果,吃掉3颗,还剩几颗?这是减法;比如8个包子,分给4个人,要保证每个人一样多,每个人可以分几个?这是除法。

  4、数学最忌讳:

(1)不建议进行“超前教育”

自学是每个人都必须的,我们不因该把学习当成是一种累赘,而是一种兴趣爱好、这样才能让自己学得更好,更扎实。

一、学习目的

努力学习理论知识,加强实际操作和应急事件的处理,做一名优秀的司炉,带好全班搞好每天的生产工作,年终列入优秀员工的行列,工作之余发展个人业余爱好的学习,通过持之以恒的学习,使自己变成理论知识和实际操作水平得到进一步提高,不但是工作方面还是业余爱好都共同发展的一个充满活力,年轻有为现代青年。

二、学习内容

根据自己的实际情况,尽量少花钱多学东西,不参加一切培训,相信自己,完全靠自学。今年拟定于学习经费在三千元之内。主要学习跟司炉有关的理论和操作,计算机,英语,日语,业余学习吉他,书法,文学。

通过一年的努力使自己的业务操作水平达到更进一步的提高,实现英语听力和口语水平有明显提高,取得湖南省高等教育自学考试10月份英语专科四个单科合格证85分以上。完成去年计划的长篇校园小说《永远没说出口的承诺》,和长篇立志小说《坚强的女孩不哭》。毛笔字楷书有更大的进步。

三、具体安排

1,不浪费上班的时间和身边的资源,虚心向老师傅讨教业务知识,做到不懂就问,一辈子只带班管生产是没有出息的,要向老班长虚心学习带班管理的技巧。

2,不浪费下班的业余时间,每天抽出五个小时的时间学习。半小时的时间背牛津高阶词典,不定时间地点至少有半个小时以上的英语听力和口语的练习,一个小时的时间练琴,以上是每天必须的。一个半小时的时间学习英语自考书,一个小时的时间学习日语,一个小时的时间学计算机,半个小时到一个小时的时间练习书法,阅读时间不定,两个小时写作,如有时间冲突,以上可以每天错开。

3,每个倒班必须有一天的出去玩,如有可能可以延长到两天,再者轮休一天,总之玩得不到尽兴决不回家。

4,喜欢的名著继续阅读:四书五经,史记,国语,中国四大名著,鲁迅,巴金,老舍,钱钟书,金庸,张爱玲,路遥,余华。

5,按照实际情况,本计划可以每月做小小的改动。
