首先欢迎你们从百忙中抽出时间来到学校参加我们班的学生家长会!下面作为一位语文老师，我想简短地说几句话。这次期中考，班级总体情况是较好的。100分总分，全班48位同学，除了一位同学得了75分，其它同学都在80分以上。但对于个别家长来说，你们可能还会大吃一惊，怎么，我孩子小学语文挺好的，都是90分以上的，怎么一上初中就不行了?作文原来也好好的，现在怎么要扣掉10几分呢?于是，着急了。我想，今天的家长会，我就谈谈你们的孩子初中语文该怎么学吧。
1、在阅读中交流，在交流中提高
语文成绩的提高，很大程度了取决于学生的阅读，我想在初中阶段还是应该以大量的阅读为主。这是培养语文能力最重要的方面。家长如果要问语文怎么才能学得好，我想所有的语文老师都会给你们相同的答案，只有靠阅读。但是也有家长有困惑，说我的孩子很爱读书，读了很多书，可语文成绩怎么就没有提高呢?作文还是写得不怎么样啊?那就是阅读书籍的选择和怎样阅读的问题。我课下和一位同学交流过，他爸爸认为他儿子很爱看书的，我就问他，你都看了什么书。他告诉我是科幻类的书，或是漫画类的。
我一听就明白了他的语文成绩为什么没有提高。有的同学已经在读文言版的《世说新语》了，有的同学还在读少儿读物，这就是读书的档次问题了。一个人思想的深度是和阅读的深度有关系的。读什么书，这是很关键的。语文的阅读应该是广而杂的，历史类的、科学类的、文学类的，报刊杂志都是可以读的。文史其实是不分家的，科幻类书籍可以培养孩子的想象力，这对我们中国孩子来说也是很重要的，对写想象类的作文或许也会有好处。但从语文学习的角度，想要提高阅读能力和写作能力来看的话，还是应该多读文学经典，多读名家的散文、诗歌、小说、戏剧，还有名人的传记。
现在教育部有指定的初中生必读书目，这些你肯定要让孩子读的。此外，家长也可以给孩子订阅一些期刊杂志，比如《读者》、《青年博览》、《青年文摘》、《杂文选刊》、《微型小说选刊》、《散文》、《时文选萃》等，对孩子的学习肯定会有帮助。而且在家阅读时，最好家长能和孩子一起阅读。上初中以后，孩子们的逆反达到了高潮，许多家长已经束手无策了，尤其是母亲，经常与孩子产生冲突，气得涕泪交流，感觉到做母亲的失败和无奈。学生也戏称，这是青春期碰到了更年期。其实，我们不妨降低自己的身份，提高孩子的身份，变成平等的交流与协商，接受并尊重孩子的成长。因此，我鼓励家长和孩子共同去阅读，变玩电脑、看电视的时间变成读书时间，亲子阅读中交流读书感受，必然会督促孩子读书的积极性，而且融洽了母子(女)、父子(女)的关系。每周一次，甚至两周一次，坚持下来，我相信必然会有所得。
2、关于写作。
我们学习语文的一个重要目的就是写作。阅读是写作的基础，不读书是不可能写出好文章的。所以家长们看到好的文章，也可以要求孩子们最好能背诵。我想只要坚持阅读，写作也就不成问题了。阅读中的深厚积累会成为写作用之不竭的源泉。除此之外，注意观察生活、感悟生活，坚持不懈的记日记，有感而发的写随笔，都是帮助我们孩子写好作文的有效途径。写好的作文要反复修改，也可以请教老师、同学的意见，精益求精。同时有时间多带孩子们出去走走，开开眼界，眼界开阔了，写作题材有了，当然写出好文章也不难了。还可以和孩子们一起看看一些影片，共同探讨一下，并把一些感受写下来，说不定就是一篇很好的影评了。有写作兴趣的家长，也可以和孩子们一起写写文章，这种影响肯定是巨大的。我以前有些学生家长，他们就和孩子一起写博客，特别有意思，这个过程，和孩子之间也有了很好的交流。

明天是“六一”国际儿童节。55年前，国际民主妇女联合会为保障全世界儿童的生存权力、保健权力和受教育的权力，于1949年11月在莫斯科召开的一次大会上决定每年六月一日为国际儿童节。1949年12月23日，中国**还规定六一为儿童节。
于是，全世界的儿童就拥有了一个属于自己的节日——“六一”国际儿童节。
我谨代表学校向全体学生表示祝贺，并祝他们节日快乐！
